Abstract
To make the scientific publishing process more transparent and to stimulate scientific discussion, the Music Academy journal publishes some peer reviews along with the articles to which they are devoted. Svetlana Naborshchikova in the review on the article by Irina Kryazheva analyzes her approach to the research on the image of Spain in the spectacles of Sergei Diaghilev’s “Russian Seasons,” and formulates a hypothesis about the leading role of the stage designer in the creation of these spectacles. Naborshchikova’s review is written in compliance with the rules of “double-blind” peer review.
