Abstract

To make the scientific publishing process more transparent and to stimulate scientific discussion, the Music Academy journal publishes some peer reviews along with the articles to which they are devoted. Svetlana Naborshchikova in her review on the article of Bogdan Korolyok analyzes his approach to the research of “Red Poppy” by Reinhold Glière, which is considered to be the first Soviet ballet. Naborshchikova’s review is written in compliance with the rules of “double-blind” peer review.
