Abstract
Pavel Karmanov’s work has repeatedly attracted the attention of the press: the number of interviews with him is as large as the list of his works. As a participant of a virtual round table of “Music Academy” dedicated to film music, the composer spoke about the specifics of working in cinema and the advertising business, on his formation and the influence of minimalism. Karmanov shared not only his thoughts on writing in different genres but also his reflections on his work and the work of his colleagues.
