Victor P. Sradzhev
Doctor of Art History, Professor of the Music Education Department of Belgorod State Institute for Arts and Culture. He graduated from the Piano Faculty of Tashkent State Conservatory in 1970. In 1985, he defended his Candidate dissertation “The Interaction of the Auditory and Motor Spheres in the Process of Forming the Pianist’s Performing Technique” at Rimsky-Korsakov Leningrad State Conservatory, in 1990—Doctoral dissertation “Theoretical Foundations of the Pianist’s Performing Technique Formation” at Tchaikovsky Kiev State Conservatory. Research interests: theory of performance, music psychology, music pedagogy, general psychology and pedagogy. He substantiated the theory of technical development of a pianist. He is the author of numerous publications and five monographs, including: “Regularities of Pianist’s Motor Control” (2004), “Development of Independent Thinking in Solo Singing Class” (co-authored, 2011), “Creative Thinking and Musician’s Education” (2016), “The Development of Fluency of the Piano Apparatus” (2021).
