Doctor of Fine Arts, Full Professor of the Subdepartment of Analytic Musicology at Gnesins Russian Academy of Music and of the Modern Music Subdepartment at Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Holds courses оf harmony, newest compositional techniques, culture of research work, mass music culture. Sphere of research interests — Western European music of the 20th — 21st centuries (history and theory). Among her works — the monograph “Time and Rhythm in Olivier Messiaen’s Music” (2002).
