Pavel G. Serbin

Artistic director of the “Pratum Integrum” orches­tra, solo cellist of the “Hofkapelle München” orchestra (Bavaria). From 2004 to 2017, he taught baroque cello, early chamber ensemble and quartet at the Faculty of Historical and Contemporary Performing Arts, Tchaikovsky Moscow State Con­servatory. His principal publications are devoted to the history of Russian early music and bio­graphies of Russian musicians of the pre-Glinkian era. He has edited and published a number of aca­demic editions of Russian early orchestral, keyboard and cello music, including J. W. Hässler’s Piano Concerto op. 50 (2013).
