Aleksandra M. Nagornova
Graduated from the Music Theory Department of the Kazan Musical College (2006), Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory (class of Professor A. L. Maklygin, 2011), where she also completed post-graduate studies (2015). Prize-winner of the All-Russian / International Student Competition of Academic and Research work in the Music Art (2011). From 2009 to 2011 she worked as an accompanist at the Children’s Music School No. 11, Kazan. In the concert season of 2011/2012 worked as the music manager at the PR-department of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan. From 2016 to 2018 she was the script-writer and presenter of Orchestra’s educational project entitled Music Lessons with the Orchestra. From 2019 onwards she has been working in cooperation with the Saidashev Big State Concert Hall as the host of the “Organ Kingdom” concert series. Has been working at the Kazan Conservatory since 2011. She started her career there as an editor of the concert programs and creative projects, as well as a member of faculty at the Music Theory and Composition Department. Presently she is teaching at the Applied Music Technologies Department, and since 2013 holds the position of the Kazan Conservatory PR-fofficer.
