Irina A. Kryazheva
Doctor of Art Criticism, Professor of the Department of Foreign Music History at Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, Leading Researcher of the Sector of Iberoamerican art at the State Institute for Art Studies. Born in Moscow. In 1981 graduated from Moscow Conservatory. Later worked as a Researcher at the State Institute for Art Studies. Since 1995 teaches at the Department of Foreign Music History of Moscow Conservatory. Irina Kryazheva studies history of music of the Iberoamerican region. She has more than 50 published works, including monograph “Manuel de Falla: Time, Life, Creativity” (Moscow, 2013). Prepared for publication the score of opera “Rare Thing” by V. Martin y Soler (Madrid, 2000). I. Kryazheva took part in a number of International musicological congresses, including congresses in Granada (1996), Paris (1996), Valencia (2006), Pamplona (2018).
