Julia G. Khait

Musicologist, archivist, music teacher. She is a graduate of The Gnesins Russian Academy of Music and Princeton University (Musicology), where she recently defended her PhD dissertation on the history of “Sovetskaya muzyka [Soviet Music]” journal. She is the author of a number of articles about S. S. Prokofiev. Her research interests include history of Soviet music, cinema music, music historiography, history of music periodicals, and digital humanities. She currently resides in Nashville, USA.
