Andrey A. Alexeev-Boretsky

Specialist of archival research of the Research Department at the St. Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory where he studied as a choir conductor (under Full Prof. Valentin Nesterov). The scientific interests of Alexeev-Boretsky are the history of the music education in Russia, international communications between St. Petersburg Conservatory and the Russian Musical Society during the per-revolutionary period, the patronage in the field of musical art.
