Alexandrina V. Aleksandra

Candidate of Historical Sciences, Senior Re­search Scientist at the Department of Manu­scripts and Old Printed Books, State Historical Museum. Graduated from The Gnesin State Musical College (Department of Choral folk singing, 1997), then Rimsky-Korsakov St. Peters­burg Conservatory (Department of Old Russian Singing Art, 2002). Since 2002, she has been working at the Department of Manuscripts of the Russian State Library, and is currently a research fellow of the Department of Manuscripts and Old Printed Books of the State Historical Museum. In 2014, she defended her PhD thesis on the theme “Singing handwritten books of the 15th19th centuries from the library of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra: historical and book research analysis,” based on 2 volumes of which in 2020 published the book “Singing Handwritten Books of the 15th19th Centuries of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. Scientific Description.”
