Antipova Yuliya V.
Candidate of Art Criticism, Associate Professor of the Department of Music History at the Novosibirsk State Glinka Conservatory, member of the Siberian Branch of the Union of Composers. Graduated from the Tomsk College of Music (1995), the Faculty of Theory and Composition (2000) and completed her postgraduate studies at Glinka Novosibirsk State Conservatory (2003), class of Professor G. A. Eremenko. She defended her dissertation “Sentimentalism in Western-European music of the second half of the 18th century” (2005). Since 2006, she has been working at the Department of Music History, where she teaches courses on history of Russian music, mass musical culture, management in musical art. Author of materials revealing information about the musical collection of G. Stroganov, stored in the Department of Rare Books and Manuscripts of Tomsk State University. Author of works on the problems of art of the academic tradition and mass culture.
